Tutoring Services and Fees

  Initial Consultation: Free
We'll discuss the academic needs of your child and family goals.


Initial Diagnostic Assessment: $250
Grade level assessment that identifies skill gaps in the areas of literacy and math.


Registration: $75
Student workbooks and supplies


Learning Sessions:
Fees are based on attending a required 2 hours per week, at a set schedule,
excluding Academic Intensive Week. Fees are paid monthly by auto-debit/credit.
“Month-to-month” scheduling options vary based on seating availability.


Group Class Instruction
5 to 6 students
Data driven proven success. Group class instruction best suits students who need a review
of class learning standards. This teacher led instruction format allows students
to think critically, work together, and solve problems.
Full Year, 10 Months: $360 | One Quarter, 3 Months: $384 | Month-to-Month: $50/hour, 4 hr min/month


Small Group Tutoring
3 to 4 students
An established record of effectiveness. Small group tutoring best suits students
who demonstrate significant skill gaps. These sessions are conducted with a
stronger emphasis on instruction, and learning missed skills.
Full Year, 10 Months: $400 | One Quarter, 3 Months: $424 | Month-to-Month: $55/hour, 4 hr min/month


Private 1:1 Learning
Reserved for students requiring an ESE Facilitator. One-on-one sessions are guided
by parent input, specific learning goals, and an individualized curriculum plan.
Full Year, 10 Months: $560 | One Quarter, 3 Months: $584 | Month-to-Month: $75/hour, 4 hr min/month

Policies and Procedures

  1. Schedule: A set routine creates structure. Help reduce your child’s stress by prioritizing a set study time routine. Please read below for scheduling options: Yearly and quarterly contracts for Group Class Instruction, Small Group Tutoring, and 

Private 1:1 Learning – a recurring schedule of eight (8) hours per month are scheduled two (2) hours per week at the time of registration. Month-to-Month contracts – hours are scheduled on demand and subject to availability.


2. Attendance: To increase the chance of academic success, your child is encouraged to attend all scheduled sessions. Consistency and continuous practice is the key to maximizing potential. In the event of a schedule conflict, please follow the following instructions on how to cancel a scheduled session. All Test Prep Classes and Summer Intensive Week: No makeup sessions available. Group Class Instruction, Small Group Tutoring, and Private 1:1 Learning: A session(s) can be cancelled by calling, emailing or leaving a message more than 24 hours in advance. The session will be forfeited for cancellations made within 24 hours, for no-call and no-shows - and will not be available to reschedule. Please note: Excused absences are limited to once per month. More than one excused absence requires a doctor’s note. A session can be rescheduled within 7 days of the cancellation date.  After 7 days, the session is forfeited. Makeup hours cannot be rescheduled.


3.Inclement Weather: During severe inclement weather, notice will be given in case of class cancellation.


4. Photography and Video Disclosures: You and/or your child may be photographed, and it may be used on
the business website, social media accounts, reports, and/or publications. The building is under video surveillance at all times and you and/or your child may be recorded. Video surveillance will not be used in areas where there is an expectation of privacy, such as the restroom.


5. Fees: Registration $75, Diagnostic Assessment $250, Group Class Instruction $50/hour, 

Small Group Tutoring $55/hour, Private 1:1 Learning $75/hour. Discounts are available for quarterly and yearly registration.


6. Payment: The first payment is due at the time of registration. Every month thereafter payment will be due by the 10th of each month. Recipients of any FLDOE Scholarship via SFO-Step Up must provide a valid EMA ID, at the time of registration, to use granted funds. Monthly payments from an SFO should be transferred no later than the 10th of each month. A late fee of $25 will be imposed for all payments received after the due date. Cash payments are not accepted.


7. Billing: After initial registration, an automatic payment is due the 10th of every month by debit or credit card only. Registration auto-renews.


8. Cancellation of Program: A 30-day written notice prior to the next billing date is required to cancel the program. If the 10 month or 3 month program hours have not yet been completed, the month-to-month rate will be charged retroactively per hour completed. The penalty payment will be the balance between the two rates.


9. Refund: No refunds are available. In case of an emergency not foreseen, a partial refund will be taken into consideration and a decision will be made on a case by case basis.


10. Health and Safety: I received and agree to the terms and policies in the health and safety procedures brochure.


11. Inspire Education and Consulting reserves the right to refuse service
